Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering for substation and transmission line EPC projects.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost estimation tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to participate in bid clarification meetings.
- Candidates with prior experience in the Saudi Arabian high-voltage EPC market will be given preference.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals in response to client RFPs.
- Coordinate with procurement and engineering to compile competitive bids.
- Ensure proposals are in line with client requirements and technical specs.
- Reports directly to the Head of the High Voltage Business Unit.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to participate in bid clarification meetings.
