Responsibilities
- Handle technical communication with customers and other companies.
- Collaborate with other companies’ departments to deliver complete solutions to the customer.
- Prepare and present technical presentations to customers.
- Study the received documents containing technical specifications carefully, get an idea of the type and volume of the work in the operation, project, or tender, and the required delivery date, and make a work-study and a technical offer suitable for competition.
- Study the company's products from the product catalogs for technical offers.
- Present inquiries related to operations, projects, or tenders to the sales department.
- Coordinate closely with internal sales and sales support to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
