Export Engineer (French Speaker)
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in Export of Electrical Engineering components, preferably in African countries.
  • Excellent in both French & English languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for searching & opening new opportunities abroad.
Responsibilities
  • Helps in developing business plans for existing and potential accounts to increase sales and the company’s market share in designated markets.
  • Provides continuous communication to the customers about their samples, orders, and other logistic issues:
  1. Replying to customers’ written and verbal correspondences in a timely fashion that will increase customers’ satisfaction; latest within 24 hours.
  2. Provides customers with continuous updates about their order status on a weekly basis.
  3. Updates customers with information about the documents for their shipments as well as the status of their shipped containers.
  • Gathers product specifications for each country dedicated to him.
  • Monitors the approval process in every country.
  • Conducts market surveys and studies.
  • Follows up on the order payment collection.
  • Facilitates, accelerates, and coordinates with various factory units the processing of all customers’ needs to speed up the execution of these needs.
  • Measures and analyze major problems faced by various customers, and proposes corrective actions for these problems to increase customers’ satisfaction.
  • Promotes internally in the organization and externally to our customers the company’s mission, vision, code of ethics, and values to improve the value proposition offered to our internal and external customers.
  • Keeps records, follows up on the containers that have been shipped, and controls all the documentation of the customers.
